Plot [edit]
A couple finds a demonic-looking Nell Sweetzer squatting next to the refrigerator. She soon is taken to a hospital, where she appears to be catatonic. However, after spending a few months at Frank's home for girls and settling in as a chambermaid at a hotel, Nell's condition seems to have improved and she no longer has "bad dreams". Nell and her group of friends visit a costume parade later on; Nell witnesses many strange happenings there, including a few masked men watching her. Nell's personality starts to change, as things get darker. Nell begins to get hints that the demon Abalam is back. When a man dies of an unnatural seizure, Nell is informed of the Order of the Right Hand, a secret society which has been monitoring Nell, by Cecile. Meanwhile, Chris, another worker at the hotel and who has a liking for Nell, slits his own throat out of sadness and rejection and dies, after viewing a clip of Nell lying about how she got pregnant. Nell rushes to his house after being alarmed by Cecile, but is too late to persuade him and can only watch him die. Cecile seeks help from the Order of the Right Hand and Nell is introduced to Calder and Jefferey. They attempt to rid the demon which is "in love" with Nell by transferring it into the body of a sacrificed chicken. The supernatural force in Nell proves to be too powerful and Order of the Right Hand member Calder is forced to kill her. Just then, the demon appears in front of Nell, taking the appearance of her, and the demon tells Nell that she was "born a tiger" and begs her to accept its hand. Nell's pulse stops temporarily and leads Calder, Jefferey, and Cecile, to believe that she has died. Nell suddenly grabs the demon's hand; the house is left to burn in the next scene, with the three secret cult members getting slain. Nell shows her gratitude to Frank by murdering him, and proceeds to burn the home for girls, leaving her friends to die in the fire. The prophecy of mass destruction among Earth is proven to be correct as Nell unleashes the tiger spirit in her, setting multiple buildings aflame.
